How do you find new referral partners that complement your practice area?

Finding the right referral partners takes more than networking events. ReferralPulse reads your practice area, your ideal client, your location, and the network you already have, then shows you where the holes are.

The Network Gaps report is where that lands. It takes the kinds of partner you said you want and checks them against who you actually have, talk to, and trade referrals with. An estate planning attorney with no CPA partners sees that named at the top of the report, with the next move spelled out and a Find a partner button that takes the search straight to that profession. You reach it from Network Health in the sidebar.

A second list on the same report names the professions your own referrals kept needing when you had nobody to send them to, so the gaps you never thought to look for surface on their own.

From there your assistant points you at specific people worth adding: professionals already on ReferralPulse, the people you meet with most on your calendar, and contacts sitting in your CRM. You review every suggestion before anyone joins your network.

The whole report runs off the Desired Referral Partner Types list on your own profile, since that is what it checks against. A few minutes there sharpens every gap and every suggestion that follows.
