The Founding 500 offer
The Founding 500 is a launch offer for early members: half price for your first six months, on any of the three plans, while seats last. This article explains what it covers and what happens after those six months.
What the offer is
The first 500 members to subscribe on a monthly plan pay half price for their first six months. It applies to all three plans, Connector, Producer and Rainmaker:
| Plan | Founding rate | List price |
|---|---|---|
| Connector | $49 a month | $99 a month |
| Producer | $124 a month | $249 a month |
| Rainmaker | $249 a month | $499 a month |
The offer applies to monthly plans only, not annual billing, and not to Business seats.
When your seat is claimed
Your seat is claimed on your first paid invoice, not when you start your trial or pick a plan. If you start a trial and choose a Founding 500 plan but cancel before your first payment, your seat is never used and stays available to somebody else.
What happens in month seven
Your price moves to the plan's list price starting with your seventh payment: $99, $249 or $499 a month, depending on which plan you are on. Your assistant tells you the date before it arrives, both in your Billing panel and in your Monthly Statement.
Your price lock
Once you are a Founding 500 member, you keep the 2026 list price for as long as you stay subscribed. If prices go up later, that increase does not reach you. Only canceling and resubscribing later would put you on whatever the list price is at that time.
The seat counter
The seat count shown on the pricing page and in Billing is the real number of seats claimed, not a marketing estimate. Once all 500 seats are claimed, the offer closes for new subscribers. It happens once: there is no second Founding 500 round once this one ends.
If you are mid-trial and undecided, the seat counter is worth checking before you choose a plan. Once it reaches 500, the price you would have locked in is gone for good.
On the iOS app
Ask your assistant whether you are a Founding 500 member, or when your rate steps up. It reads back the same date shown in Billing and on your Monthly Statement.
