Plans and billing

ReferralPulse has three plans, Connector, Producer and Rainmaker, each one including everything the plan below it does. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and your subscription, usage and invoices all live in one place: Settings, under Billing.

The three plans

PlanMonthlyAnnual
Connector$99 a month$990 a year
Producer$249 a month$2,490 a year
Rainmaker$499 a month$4,990 a year

Annual pricing is two months free compared to paying monthly. Each plan includes everything the one before it does, plus more: Producer is Connector and then some, Rainmaker is Producer and then some. Nothing is ever taken away by moving down a rung, either. A Connector still gets full partner, referral and introduction tracking, calendar and CRM sync, the chat assistant and the Monthly Statement. Producer and Rainmaker add more of your assistant's own work, higher recording and enrichment allowances, and features like Top of Mind and the Action Plan. See What each plan includes for the full lineup.

Your free trial

Signing up starts a 14-day free trial. If you were invited by an existing member, your trial is 30 days instead. During the trial you can use the app without picking a plan or entering a card.

When you are ready, choose a plan from Billing and put a card on file. You get that plan in full for the rest of your trial, and your card is not charged until the trial ends. If your trial runs out before you choose a plan, you land on Your trial has ended: nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan then picks up exactly where you left off.

Tip

There is no separate trial tier to outgrow. Whatever plan you pick during the trial is the plan you get, at full strength, from day one.

Changing plans

Where to find it: Settings → Billing.

If you already have a plan and want to move up, the Move Up To section offers the next rung with its price. Moving up takes effect right away and is prorated for the rest of the month.

To move down a rung, or to change between monthly and annual billing, use Manage billing, which opens a secure Stripe page where you can change your plan, update your card and download invoices. A downgrade there takes effect on your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.

Canceling

Where to find it: Settings → Billing → Manage billing.

Manage billing is also where you cancel. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and the plan line in Billing shows the date it cancels.

Usage

Where to find it: Settings → Billing.

Once you have a plan with a limit on it, a This Month section shows the three things you can watch yourself spend: meeting recordings, meeting preps, and partner details your assistant fills in from LinkedIn. Each one shows how many you have used and how many you get that month, as a number, not just a bar. A plan with no limit on something shows "Unlimited" instead.

Every count resets on the first of the month, Eastern time.

On Producer, once your month's meeting recordings are used up, a Recordings section lets you buy a pack of 25 more for $49. A pack is only drawn from after your monthly allowance is spent, and packs never expire.

The Monthly Statement's plan line

Every Monthly Statement includes a line naming your plan, what you pay, and when it renews. If you are a Founding 500 member, it also shows your discounted rate's end date. See The Founding 500 offer for how that pricing works.

On the iOS app

Billing does not open inside the iOS app itself. Ask your assistant what plan you are on and it reads back the same plan line Settings shows. To change your plan, update your card or cancel, your assistant tells you to open Billing in a browser.

Tip

This is by design, not a gap. Apple's App Store rules keep subscription management out of the app itself, so Billing always opens on the web.
